This app is very easy to use, and does exactly what I need it to do - limit the amount of items that a customer might put in their order. Support responded super fast and they fixed my issue quickly!
Highly recommend MinCart! The app functions beautifully on our standard cart page. When we noticed the checkout button wasn't updating inside our qikify Slide Cart drawer, we contacted customer service. Their team was extremely efficient and resolved the drawer integration in no time. Top-tier service and a great product!

An excellent app for managing order limits in our store. It offers a lot of flexibility — you can set minimum and maximum limits by product, collection, cart value, quantity, vendor, tags, and more. The setup process is straightforward, and the app works reliably without affecting store performance.
What we appreciate most is the ability to create advanced conditions and customize rules exactly the way we need. It has been very useful for improving order management and controlling specific purchasing scenarios.

Very efficient at setting some restrictions. Received stellar support from Aditi, who was pretty much the equivalent of an AI agent who executed precisely and quickly what I had in mind and would have taken longer with trial & error.
Aditi was fantastic to work with! I reached out to MinCart support because I was stuck, and she helped me figure out something I never would have been able to solve on my own. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the process so much easier. I really appreciate her help and the excellent support!
The application can be bypassed simply by exceeding the limits set, proceeding to check out, copying the check out link, and going back decreasing the quantities, re-pasting the check out link and letting the payment proceed. The necessary modification would also be a block in the payment not only on the check out page.

Edit: This limitation can now be resolved with MinCart with the new "Checkout validation" or "Checkout extensibility" features from shopify that MinCart now leverage to offer a better security in the checkout.
Sadly this is not possible at the moment due to shopify restrictions over the checkout process. MinCart will do everything it can to prevent the customer from reaching the checkout outside of your limits while navigating the website but due to the limitation set by Shopify there will always be a need for Manual interventions. Mincart will handle most cases. Note that from our experience it is extremely rare that a customer will navigate directly to the checkout page.
Though, this should change soon as shopify is slowly adding ways for apps to interact with the checkout. We are already ready for these changes and will be available as soon as shopify release these new functionalities to the public.
Aditi, our Support Manager at Molsoft, made our MinCart app work perfectly! We had some trouble with the app at first, but Aditi made sure everything was functioning exactly as we wanted.
Superb application, top class and the support is exceptional. We are a UK business and I highly recommend Min Cart. The guys are responsive and nothing is too much trouble. The application has had a huge impact on cutting down on unnecessary purchases and in turn a high volume of returns. We have filtered out the customers who are serial returners which ultimately costs a significant amount of time and money. Special shout out to Adi and thanks for all your help.
