Mint AI Assistant answers questions in a chat on your store using only your products, pages, policies, shipping settings and the answers you add. Each answer names its sources, and every sentence is checked: amounts, codes, dates and stock claims not in your content are removed. Product cards load availability live from your store, with add to cart. When it doesn't know, it says so and points shoppers to your team, and shoppers can check an order's status with their order number and email.
