Hervorragender Support – Schnell, Freundlich & Kompetent!
Ich bin absolut begeistert vom Support-Team bei Minta! Von Anfang an wurde ich freundlich und professionell betreut. Meine Anfrage wurde schnell beantwortet, und Shafta hat sich wirklich die Zeit genommen, mein Problem zu verstehen und eine passende Lösung zu finden
Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die schnelle Reaktionszeit und die unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Egal ob per E-Mail oder Chat – ich habe immer das Gefühl gehabt, dass sie genau weiß wo es beim mir hakt.

I have had my ups and downs with Minta. However, I must say that they are the most consistent social media posting app you will find on Shopify. I have tried them ALL!!

I had some trouble with this app after not using it for a long time. I contacted customer service through the chat feature. Shafta was able to help me figure out what was wrong and correct it.
