Mirakl Connect

Per se eine gute App. Leider funktioniert die Kommunikation in Verbindung mit der DHL App nicht so gut. Sendungsnummern aus DHL (die in Shopify der Bestellung zugeordnet werden) werden nicht automatisch an Mirakl weitergegeben. Aktuell muss ich jede Sendungsnummer einzeln (händisch) aus Shopify in Mirakl übertragen...

I have been using Mirakl for years and it has been a great addition to our business. The customer support is useless for any technical issue with the marketplaces, but except that all good. 4 out 5 just because of their customer support not assisting with anything when we had issues with a marketplace selling our prices at a different prices that indicated.

Amazing, this app literally saved our business and made it grow. We were able to link our inventory and orders feed so easily with 3 marketplaces. They have great customer support, and the we were able to connect with other marketplaces using the connector. We love it

We have a Connect account in the USA and Canada.
The integration with our marketplaces via Shopify has been very stable and easy to manage.
Orders reach our ERP system automatically. Payment processing has been painless.
We have successfully on boarded with some major retailers in Canada and USA and watched our business grow.
Support from our Mirakl account manager has been excellent.
This a great tool to grow your ecomm business and have quick and effective communications with potential retail market places. It would take forever to find the proper contact in these large retailers and they take their marketplace business very seriously.

I understand the criticism below but for basic use of the order and stock synchronization, it's more than enough compared to the competition that costs a lot of money. So we're overall very happy with the Mirakl connection, even though we're waiting for more functionality in the upcoming year.

An incompetent app, though it gets the job done to a great extent. Also, it's not like you have another option unless you sit it down and code the API for each marketplace on Mirakl. Can you imagine that they do not provide Location selection for inventory management? Total inventory is included in all Mirakl marketplaces automatically. We have been warning them for 3 years without success. It does not look like they care much about their Shopify connector.

Mirakl Connect is the best system available for working effectively with retailers' marketplaces. It's intuitive to use and seamlessly integrates with our systems, saving our team so much time and effort. The support team is also really helpful. Thanks!
