Does not sync order cancellations or refunds, so you have to have your sellers do this manually in Mirakl. A real headache.

Great marketplace application to find and connect with new partners. The support team is very responsive. The integration works easily with Shopify. The setup, the daily operations are simple and reliable.

We are currently using this application for our connection with some of the biggest (online) retailers in our niche. Everything runs smooth, with no issues in terms of the connection between Shopify and Mirakl. The synchronisation of our catalog and the offers we receive is perfect! Very difficult to use. Not intuitive. You have to make changes to every product to get the product catalog to import into a single account which means you might as well just do it on there website.
