Moast Collect: UGC Videos

Highly recommend Moast for UGC videos. It was very easy to capture a lot of applicants and I got a lot of good videos. Some were not so good, but some were
Excellent. It all varies on the person BUT it was easy to communicate with the UGC people through the platform and the customer service is very good if there are any issues.

Great app, extremely simple to manage creators, draft order creating and videos. The creators are response and delivered within the timelines. I recommended the app to two other stores.

Moast connects us with great creators, and we walk away with content we own the rights to. The platform is straightforward and the creators are easy to work with and communicative. Exactly what we needed for UGC.

Very intuitive and easy to use. I like that the UGC campaigns, fulfillment, and video delivery are all contained inside Shopify. Much better than using a 3rd party service for UGC. Makes it easy to coordinate and track everything in one place.

The app is easy to use, and the influencers I selected have created compelling content that I have posted on our website. Many are also willing to post to their own TikTok, and if they qualify for a TTS showcase, they will also add it there. Using this as mostly a low cost content acquisition play and a way to test creative angles without paying huge creator fees. You won't get the reach with these creators though.

Mark is a very responsive founder and takes feedback to improve the app. So I also enjoy using Moast products for that reason. The UX is easy, and it is always improving.

A great app for getting high quality and consistent UGC content. We probably spent a lot more that the monthly subscription finding and following up with creators. Now it's done for us :)

Platform is great! Very simple to use.

Easy sample order creation through Shopify. Video Rights built into the campaigns. Creators are easy to communicate with and most deliver video quickly. Can't complain.
