Be very careful before you upgrade your account. If you ever want to downgrade back to hobby it's next to impossible unless you uninstall and you'll lose all of your imported products, even if you're below the 25 free product limit. Support will give you the run around and tell you it's not a problem, but it is.
In error I purchased the wrong plan and immediately asked them to refund as I didnt use it. I did not see my money returned at all.
The issue was fixed after 1 hours . It probably was a misunderstanding .

I had a chance to look at the history of conversation between you and our Support team and I think there may have been some confusion when you requested to cancel the Hobby plan -- which is our $0/month option.
