It's a good experience working with Moose, very convenient and smooth support I have received from you guys. specially mabel has helped me customize the theme as per my requirements.

This application is very intuitive and easy to use, and Thomas has been an incredible support throughout the process. The app itself is powerful, and with Thomas’ assistance, everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable solution with excellent support.

I've only been using this app for a few days, but I must say: it's very powerful. The ease of setup, flexibility and, most importantly, the customer facing side is incredibly helpful. I have been using another bot for about 3 years and was happy with it, but wanted something native to shopify. I was nervous to switch, but couldn't be happier so far. So far so good, all the features you want up front to start your support on your site. Hoping to use this as much as I can for my site, as I am one person, but this should help. The support team was great when I needed a few questions answered.

I LOVE THIS APP!!! The FAQ builder is easy to use and looks 100X better than what I was using before. I was able to import my FAQ's with minor adjustments so switching over was fairly quick and easy. So far I am liking the chatbot- looks nice, easy to set up. and I look forward to digging in more to see how it can best work for my use. I should mention customer service is 10/10 which is a HUGE deal for me.

I'm still new to Moose and currently exploring its features, but overall my experience has been really good so far. The app is easy to get started with, and I can see its potential to improve customer support on my website. I especially appreciate the quick and helpful assistance from their support team — Mabel guided me through the setup and even helped configure things for me, which made the process much smoother.
