Moose AI Chatbot & Live Chat

Great app so far! Ame was super helpful and kind in reply to my questions.

Thanks Ann to help me for my problem about the chatbot <3

We installed this app on two of our separate Shopify stores, but
much to our surprise each store ended up with differing versions of the
app. With Paige's clear understanding of the issue and persistence, she
ensured both stores used the same version for styling & functionality
continuity. We were very happy with Paige's support." Thank you!

Thomas right on hand in minutes to help out with my onboarding queries. Ensured my quick and easy finishing of the process. Highly recommend!

Support and app itself works flawless. Especially Mabel from support team has been very helpful!

Great communication and was able to resolve my issue very quickly and efficiently.

Thomas helped me out so much, exceptional service and great platform. For everything live chat and support for your website use them!

I run a startup and this app is a perfect fit for me. Very quick and helpful assistance from the team. I wanted to make a change to the Chat Widget and Kelly explained to me how to apply it in a very clear and simple way, the matter was solved in a couple of minutes

Quick and easy! Thank you Paige for your help!

So far, they have been great. Ame was able to accomodate some simple customization with ease. Looking to continue working with them for more.
