Our customers are mainly buying for someone else, their children, nieces, nephews and so on. Some arrive on our site knowing exactly what they want; others don't, and it's with that second group that we saw the real value in Morvo. It answers their questions there and then, and the effect on baskets has been clear, with an average order value from Morvo conversations being 15% higher than our usual average order value. It's turned a moment of hesitation into a completed sale.
