Merchants say this app is easy to set up and “just works” for professional invoices, receipts, and delivery notes directly in Shopify. They value the deep template customization with Liquid/HTML, EU‑specific tax logic, and customer self‑service invoice downloads. Automated PDF sending, Shopify Flow support, and strong performance are highlighted. Many praise the fast, hands‑on support and note it rivals paid invoicing tools despite being free.
Overall good experience with this app. The variables settings options are helpful but we wanted more specific features so had to change alot of things in the code.
At least the code is editable and customer service has been excellent!
Only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of more customisable invoice layout options via the settings menu rather than change the template code.

The customer service representatives were professional, dedicated and exceptionally patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand our needs, provided clear guidance, and ensured everything was completed efficiently. I needed an app to generate invoices for my customers and I'm so glad I found this one. Not only does it let you fully customize the invoice to match your brand, everyone I spoke to in the support team was a delight to work with! I had issues with international orders displaying the country currency codes correctly and Jay helped fixed the issues promptly. Now everything displays as it should. Thank you so much!!
