I was very happy to find this App sometime ago and was one of the early users. I never got round to leaving a review, but now I have time to share my experience. Initial setup was very easy and customisation simple. It integrates straight into Shopify with no issues. Ivy also helped me today set up a custom template and the changes she helped make were perfect. A great app with excellent after installation support.
Great app! MS Order Print makes printing orders much easier and saves us a lot of time. It's simple to use, works smoothly, and helps us manage our daily orders more efficiently. Highly recommended for Shopify stores!
Overall good experience with this app. The variables settings options are helpful but we wanted more specific features so had to change alot of things in the code.
At least the code is editable and customer service has been excellent!
Only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of more customisable invoice layout options via the settings menu rather than change the template code.
