Multi‑Store Sync Power

Fantastic service - wonderfully powerful app that meets our needs perfectly. Their support team talked me through an issue we had with our settings within the app and taught me patiently how to overcome the issue (which was a problem we had created, not with the app itself).

Would 100% recommend this to others based on it's performance and usability.

This is a fantastic app and does exactly what I need which is to synch inventory across 2 stores. The support team were very helpful when I first had questions about installing the app, super fast to respond and answered all my questions. When I came to install the app, the instructions were so clear I didn't have any follow up questions and it worked immediately.

We've been using the app for over a year now and it's been doing a good job syncing all of our products in multiple stores and locations. Even though we might have had occasional small issues with syncing individual products, the support team was always quick to reply and help us find the cause and resolved it. The app is easy to use and set up. Overall very good system.

Quick and easy setup, and I have so far connected 2 stores and will also connect a third store. Saves me A LOT of time when creating products, updating them and especially with the inventory sync! Simple and perfect. Ran some tests and it's great, syncs the products easily and quickly. I was glad for the free option, as we needed something for proof of concept without being charged monthly. I just hope we get more products so that we can give you money! Wonderful support too. I can only hint towards developing better interface options for viewing plan pricing down the road. Other than that, flawless.

Good app, does what you want it to do. Recently had an inventory issue with a Shopify upload mistake of handles and mixed up products. The app did what it should have but resulted in a disaster (not their fault). However, speaking with the support they were able to reverse all changes fast and provided really top service to help us fix the issue, which was not their fault.

So, great app and great service!

I am using this app for a while now and I must say that I am very happy with the app itself and the customer service. I had a problem caused by another app lately and it screwed my entire inventory. Multi-Store were kind enough to help me out with this problem: they took time to extract data from their system and provide me all the inventory modification during for a specific timeframe in a .csv file. Thank you again for your awesome service!

It serve its function. somehow, I wish they can provide only sync inclusion list that I can choose what product type, or collections or specific tags to sync, not current exclusion list, the exclusion list is difficult to use, you can only exclude specific product tags, major product creation workflow is product tags come after product creation, by that means this app already sync the product to secondary store before you add the product tags.

I downloaded this app to automate inventory between two Shopify stores, one in Japanese and one in English. I really appreciate the level of customization that comes with it, and my boss is willing to pay for the very low monthly price for this service. I had some trouble because of the customization and emailed the developer's support, and they were very quick with their replies and super helpful. I would recommend this to anyone running multiple stores.

Just an update to my 2020 review - still a great app and no issues whatsoever. Thanks to Vishal for sorting a problem very quickly as I had turned off syncing and couldn't remember how it was set up!

Great customer service which makes all the difference. We had a few hiccups at the start but Vlad and Tom were quick to reply as it is sometimes a bit difficult to get your head round different locations and what fields sync. Easy to use and straightforward app.
