This App is a must if you have several stores and want to sync inventory at real time between stores and locations. Great customer service also, very quick and helpful.
Does not work, stock has been completely messed up. Do not use. If this company can fix the app then it will be a good app. Also got spammed constantly for 'stock synched'.
Hi Team at BullyBillows,
Thank you for your review and for trying the application. We are sorry to learn that you have encountered the aforementioned difficulties. After reviewing your setup we identified that some of the SKUs have duplicates. This is something that can be addressed quickly and efficiently. Our customer service team already reached out suggesting a screen sharing session where they can walk you through the configuration and the most efficient way to address the issues with the product data. We hope to speak to you soon!
GREAT APP LOT OF CHOICES AND SETTING -TOO MUCH CONFUSION AND DELAYS AND DOES NOT WORK QUICKLY DELETED AFTER 3 DAYS CAN NOT SEE ANY PRODUCTS SYNCED EVEN THOUGH IT SASY ALL DONE.
Thank you for using the app and for the feedback provided! The process of configuring a feature-rich integration application may be demanding and require preparation and in certain cases assistance from our team. For this reason, we always offer a full set of instructions for the initial sync configuration and an onboarding call if a customer needs any support. As we have already sent you the instructions, we will be more than glad to assist you on a screen-sharing session call. The team has submitted the request offering the options, we run 24/7 support, so happy to do it at your convenience.
We have been using Multi-Store Sync Power consistently for several months now and it has never given any problems. Solid and fast.
Quick and helpful assistance.
Highly recommended!
A little issue at start when upgrading the plan, but the support has been very reactive and effective. I use this app to sync my stores's inventory and everthing is working perfectly.
Best sync app for shopify. Excellent multi store inventory and product tracking. Alot of variables to track. I can recommend this to everyone who has multiple shops with the same products.
Easy to navigate and use the app. I use this to sync the inventories in my two websites. The auto-syncing helps a lot to manage the stock level in two different websites! Highly recommend it.
Great app, been using it for more then 3 years, works perfectly, we have 5 stores connected with it. The support and problem solving is very fast.
Best solution to sync inventories in shopify
This app has allowed us to quickly synchronize all the stock in our stores and optimize time in stock management. I especially highlight the help received by the support team, much appreciated!
Awesome app, keeps all our stock perfectly in sync across a number of stores. And outstanding support. We had an issue and got a support call pretty much straight away which fixed everything :-)
