The app functions as it is advertised. Does not look the nicest (as someone who does not know how to create custom CSS) but it gets the job done. I had some issues and support was extremely helpful and had it fixed in a matter of minutes. Amazing customer support like this deserves recognition!

I am currently using the app during its 3 day trial and there were some tweaks to be made. The customer service is excellent and via chat, she was able to handle and resolve all the issues I had. The app is not perfect for every theme, so if there's an issue, I suggest talk to C/S chat and they will help you.
This app allows my customers to see many variant choices of a product easily and select multiple colors and sizes easily and in one convenient click! Exactly what I was looking for and it works with my volume discount app as well. The team was quick to offer assistance and ask questions on setup. Highly recommend!

Sarah & Rebecca were incredibly helpful with all my requests and they were very patient in explaining as well. They have also given me advise and sourced for alternative to my picky demands and also very patient with my request of constantly making small changes along the way. Thank you so much for your great service.
I just had a wonderful experience with a Support Tech named Sarah. She helped me through so many things I was trying to work through on my web site with my new MultiVariants App. This App is going to make my web site work like a dream and do away with so many inventory headaches! Love it! Laura Hakes

Our pick&mix products finally look good for years. Consumers can use image and titles to create a composition of their own 12-pack, easy and simple, and most importantly, beautifully designed. When we had questions about some parts of what the app offered, a helping hand was immediately extended to us through the support team. Very nice!
Thank you for your wonderful feedback.
Glad to hear that your customers can now easily order pick & mix products, and create a combination of their own 12-pack using images and titles as well. Nice to know that our support team could immediately solve your queries. Feel free to reach out to our dedicated 24/7 support team who are always active to listen to you.
Thanks again and may your business reaches its goal quickly.
My product comes in packs of 10 but wanted it priced in each so I needed a way to do that and tried out MultiVariants and it worked like I wanted it to but there was loopholes in the cart that allowed customers to reduce their cart by none increments of 10. I contacted MultiVariants and they were able to fix the issue and had great customer service.
Great support. Editing the theme can be challenging. Everytime you make an edit and save, it closes the window and you have to reopen and find the handle again. And there are a long list of handles for the customization. Would be nice to have a preview of what your editing since there are so many, not sure what your changing until you save and and check live.
MulitVariants - Bulk Order has been an amazing app for us. It's easy to use and set up. We've got several different types of product variants and we were able to use the app for all combinations. Plus, the support team at MultiVariants is phenomenal. Anythime we have reached out, they have been able to help us; they've helped us on multiple occasions. Great product, great team!!
