MultiVariants ‑ Bulk Order B2B

We’ve actually been using MultiVariants Bulk Order B2B since we first launched our store, and it has consistently been the best bulk grid app out there. It’s reliable, easy for customers to use, and has always handled our catalog well. But what really impressed me recently was their willingness to go above and beyond when we needed a custom feature. I reached out with a request that wasn’t available in their standard setup, and instead of shutting it down, they offered a customization quote. we collaborated and moved forward with their quote. From there, the process was seamless. The communication has been excellent, and they made sure the final result was exactly what was needed. Because of their help, we now have special options for our customers that we didn’t have before, and it genuinely elevates our store’s capabilities. Their support has been awesome the entire way, and I can’t say enough good things about how easy they made the whole experience.

we are using MultiVariants for long now, and there was never any issue. For the first time, today we had an issue when the product zoom was overlapping with the multi variants grid displayed by the app and it was ackward for our customers. We reached out support and explained the issue, shared the product page and screenshots of the issue... They got access into store and rectified this within a few minutes. We really appreciate their prompt and comprehensive resolution.

We've had an excellent experience with the MultiVariants Bulk Order app. The app has been a key part of our new Shopify website and has allowed us to offer exactly the product options we needed for our bulk T-shirt printing business.

What really sets MultiVariants apart is the customer support. Every question we had was answered quickly, professionally and with genuine care. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the team even completed custom development work to ensure the app worked exactly as we needed it to.

Their communication has been outstanding throughout the entire process, and it's clear they genuinely care about helping their customers succeed.

If you're looking for a powerful variants app backed by an incredibly responsive and knowledgeable support team, we couldn't recommend MultiVariants highly enough. Thank you for all your help!

Excellent customer service, thanks for all your help! :)

Customer service was quick and helpful. They resolved my questions easily and with detailed explanations. Thank you

WOW, une expérience incroyable comme j'ai rarement vu. Deux personnes (Ethan et Arya) à mon service pour régler de petits problèmes et correction. Je recommande cette application sans hésiter !

This is a great app, I am able to save money by removing multiple other apps I was using and manage it all in one place. I needed some assistance and used their live chat feature, Zaina was able to get it all sorted out quickly

We had a few questions at startup and they logged a call straight away, thanks so much for the speedy service to get us onboard!

I like how they have a live chat, I was googling some questions that I couldnt find the answer to and was able to speak to a person real quick. Iftakher was responsive, quick, and knew his way around the app to help get the results I was looking for. I love this app for the support, its hard to find that in this current AI age lol
