We have used a lot of Navidium apps over the years, and they have always been awesome. They are quick to fix any issues we have and are very reasonably priced.
They are also always open to any improvements or suggestions you may have. Marc and the team are awesome
Navidium has been BYFAR the best returns platform I've used so far. I love their pricing model and the level of customization they offer—features like exchanges for entirely different products (not just variants) are typically locked behind much more expensive plans.
Their customer support has also been incredible. I have a complicated returns policy and have reached out many times with questions. Every interaction has been fast, helpful, responsive, and pleasant. In several cases, when a feature I needed wasn't available, their team even worked with their developers to create a custom solution (!!!)
I've tried several other returns platforms, and I've been genuinely surprised by how much better my experience with Navidium has been compared to all of them. I can't recommend them highly enough!
As usual the Navidium team provided amazing support in getting us switched over and set up. Their team takes the time to get every detail right. The platform is way easier to use than our previous (more expensive) returns platform. We get more features and insight into our returns picture. Great experience, now the 2nd Navidium app we are using. Thanks team!
