Neo COD Form & Upsell

Great App with Excellent Customer Support!

Neo COD Form & Upsell is a useful app for improving the checkout experience on my Shopify store. It offers helpful features like quantity discounts, one-click upsells, and customizable COD forms.

The support team is very helpful, responsive, and cooperative. Whenever I face any issues, they listen carefully and work to resolve them. I really appreciate their support and commitment to helping merchants.

I’m happy with their service and look forward to continuing to use this app. Highly recommended for Shopify merchants looking to improve their COD order process!

Thank you, Neo Apps team, for your excellent support!

Great app and excellent support. We needed a custom COD flow directly from collection pages, and the Neo team worked with us to make it happen.
They also resolved a few issues we found during testing, including customer association, Arabic product titles, and bundle orders.
We’ve now started receiving real customer orders through the flow, and everything is working correctly in Shopify and our fulfillment system.
Special thanks to Imtiaz and the development team for their patience and effort. Highly recommended for merchants who need a flexible COD solution.

I’ve used several COD apps over the years, and while they all have their strengths, I’ve also experienced issues and failures that resulted in lost business.

NEO-COD stands out because it creates draft orders when customers don’t complete OTP verification. Since I’m using Google Firebase, I also maintain control over my SMS billing, which is important to me for several reasons.

I especially appreciate how the app captures the customer’s information and automatically adds it to the checkout, making the process easier and more user-friendly. Another valuable feature is the ability to set different shipping rates for the same products based on the customer’s state or region, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico—something that wasn’t possible on Shopify without upgrading to a more expensive plan.

The customer service has been amazing as well. I truly can’t say enough good things about this app. If you’re looking for a reliable COD or OTP solution with excellent additional features, I highly recommend NEO-COD!

Fast communication and fixes all problems. Bundle works fine and sms works really well. But I really like Incomplete Orders Recovery feature most.

We’ve been using Neo COD for our Shopify store and the experience has been really good so far. The COD form is easy to customize and looks clean on mobile. I also really like having the upsell, quantity offers, and pixel tracking available in the same app.

The support team has been very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Setup was straightforward, and everything has been working smoothly on our store.

Definitely a useful app for Shopify stores that rely heavily on COD. 10/10

Fantastic app for any Cash on Delivery business. The 1-click form looks great on mobile, matches our store theme perfectly, and has significantly simplified ordering for our buyers. The built-in upsells and bundle features mean we don't need multiple conflicting apps. Reliable pixel tracking and very responsive support make it an easy 5-star choice.

Standard Shopify checkout was causing massive drop-offs for our cash-on-delivery shoppers. Switching to Neo COD Form & Upsell simplified the entire flow customers can place orders in a single click right on the product page.

The built-in upsells and quantity breaks lifted our average order value immediately, and the pixel tracking works smoothly without missing any purchase events. Setup took under 10 minutes with no theme code changes. An essential app for any store running COD

Really happy with Neo COD Form & Upsell so far. The COD form is easy to customize and I was able to set it up without any coding. I also like the upsell and quantity discount options because everything is available in one app.

The support team has been very helpful whenever I had questions, especially with the setup. The app runs smoothly on my store and makes managing COD orders much easier.

Definitely a useful app for Shopify stores that mainly take cash on delivery.

Really happy with Neo COD Form & Upsell. The COD form makes ordering much faster and easier for customers, and the upsell features are really useful for increasing the order value. I especially like the one-click upsell and quantity offers. Simple setup and everything works smoothly.
