As the founder of this form builder, I'm open to positive changes to the app that will benefit multiple users at once. Just let me know which feature is missing, and I'll try to implement it without any additional cost.

Great app with great customer support. The owner even contacted me via email to ask me if I need something or want something as update on the app. I love it! I use the app on both of my stores! :)) Keep up the good work!
To be honest, I enjoy doing the support myself, but only until it becomes overwhelming. Now that there are not that many requests and I can address each of them by myself, it's effective since I know the application inside and out.

Do not use this app. The app has broken multiple times causing major issues for our business. They are unable to help solve the issues.
This problem was caused by a malicious user exploiting our application.
Which led to the app being blacklisted by security vendors.
It caused the app to be unavailable for some of our users.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find out the reason and solve it fast enough.
The application's security measures were improved, and this problem no longer exists.
You are always welcome to give Nerdy Form another try.

Great form, customizable and very easy to use

I strongly recommend this app. It is extremely easy to use and the support is great.
