I have used this netparcel services for nearly 2 years now. I'm so pleased with this service that I have integrated netparcel for my other shopify online store. This app has all the features that small business owners would need. I can easily track my shipment, review my expense report, auto populate addresses directly from shopify and super competitive shipping rates!

Love netParcel! Wish I had discovered it sooner! I was using Canada Post thinking this would give me the best rates but was very surprised that with netParcel the rates were better in most cases (or at least the same) and I no longer have to make trips to the post office to drop off my parcels!! I also like how I can download the customer information, saves time (and possible typing errors).

We've been using NetParcel to do the shipping from our products, which have all different sizes and weights. The pricing provided has been constantly the best offered and the reliability of the service offered has been fantastic.

We've had to reach out to support on a couple of instances and we've received both timely and courteous replies to all our inquires.

All-in-all, an A+ service that I would recommend to anyone.

netParcel has been great for shipping LADDERAILs to the states VIA UPS. The rates are lower than Canada post and drop offs at the UPS store is always quick. Also love that it is free to use. We have inventory in FBA warehouses in the states and have the option to use their MCF for our Shopify orders, but netParcel still ends up cheaper for Shopify orders to the states. Importing orders is quick and easy. Will continue to use for Shopify orders.

Netparcel offers great rates on various courier shipments, especially for international shipping, and the Shopify integration makes it easy to bring the customers' address over to get quotes. It would be nice if the import also brought in order items/weights/HS codes, etc, but for now it's worth the price/service to just plug that in myself. I have never had an issue with shipments with them and my few interactions with their team have been professional and pleasant.

Totally would recommend this app to another customer. We were shopping around because of the Canada Post potential strike and we liked this app a lot. Gives you multiple options, breaking it down by cost and transit time.
Give you the ability to import a shopify order number for easy entry.

Room for improvement would be:
- Canada Post integration
- Ability to link from the Shopify order page directly to get a quote on netparcel

All minor but would be handy.

Netparcel has been great for us since we opened. Most of the time we do use Canada Post but there are times when there is a larger box size or an international order that is better suited for a service like FedEx, UPS, DHL, Purolator and more. That's where Netparcel comes in. You enter your info, they come back with an instant quote of all of the different services that are heavily discounted for you to pick and choose. Print the label and that's it! I've used it many times and I couldn't be happier!

As a small business owner, shipping used to be a hassle until I connected with netparcel. This app is seamlessly integrated with my shopify store and well optimized for ease of use.

Even more so, this app offers me very competitive shipping rates from all major couriers and so I don't have to shop around each time. This is especially valuable when my customers are all over the world, and I can always find the best courier depending on destination.

We have been using Net Parcel for years now and find it a real asset to our company.
With the auto import of ship to information and feed back to Shopify with tracking number Net Parcel has really streamlined our whole shipping process.
Their customer service is always willing to look at ways to improve the site and have even integrated some of our wishes and suggestions, and if we have an issue with a particular shipment their team takes care of it saving us time on the phone with the couriers.
