I've been using Netparcel for many years now, I also use a couple of their competitors from time to time and my own courier accounts. I use Netparcel the most though - the site is easy to use, I can import my orders quickly, and support is great. 5 star app and service.
Really amazing platform, delivers on everything you would expect to with a very simple UI. The integrations also help with both speed and learning curve for newer users.
Netparcel is amazing to deal with. They have seamless integration with Shopify, which is awsome. Need development though on the Amazon Seller integration. I Love Netpacel!!
I have been using netParcel since 2022, and they have consistently met my expectations. The customer service is, without exaggeration, excellent. They always respond very promptly, are there to assist me when needed, and consistently follow up as required. We've used NetParcel on our Shopify store from the start, around three years now, and we've been really happy. It offers real time rates during checkout for CanadaPost and a number of couriers, and it's easy to configure and use. Set it and forget it.
We’ve been using NetParcel for over 4+ years, and it’s been a consistently reliable solution. What really sets it apart is the team behind the platform, responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. The Shopify integration makes it seamless and makes shipping simple and efficient.
Great app that plugs in with Shopify quite nicely. My only small gripe is the inconsistency in how their invoicing appears to come in different formats.
Simple to use with the Shopify integration, better rates on shipping than the competition and a huge increase in orders being shipped out. And excellent customer service too!
