It's easy to import orders from Shopify, although it's only one at a time. It would be nice to see an option to import the entire order list and avoid the toggle back and forth while shipping. Shipping rates are competitive, particularly as you get into more expedited services.
I would put 7 Star rating for this App and the NetParcel company and support, but there in no option :-(
AMAZING app, I like this option for the online pricing and shipping options directly connected to Shopify.
Saves a huge amount of time and money to www.sugar-art.ca
.
The support for lost packages from NetParcel is NON EXISTENT! DO NOT USE THIS APP! Super disappointed with the lack of support from netparcel when opening a claim or a ticket. They do literally nothing to help, and you can't go direct to the courier because the sender is netparcel.
NetParcel has been invaluable during this tumultuous time of the potential Canada Post strike. For our international customers, the app is able to find shippers that we didn't even know about at reasonable rates that ensure our customers get their packages on time. Thanks net parcel!
I primarily use the US Mail for most of my orders because they are under two pounds.
However, I recently picked up a couple of wholesale accounts and netParcel has proven their worth. Significant $$ saved using FedEx Ground! I will continue to use it when I need to ship larger packages.
We found this app confusing to use at first but that was because it doesn't work well with internet explorer, once we switched to google chrome it was easy to use.
Using netParcel is a great way to save money on shipping and the developers are extremely helpful should you run into problems.
I run a small business www.yorleather.com and www.yorboots.com. I started using Net Parcel a few months ago and I love it. I had a few agreements with different carriers. Now I just go to Net Parcel and ship anywhere using different service provider.
100% recommended.
Great customer service.

Thanks so much for your review, Roy! We are thrilled to hear that netParcel is now your one-stop-shop, and we look forward to supporting YOR Leather Goods' continued growth!
NetParcel by far has been the best service we have used. We have used NetParcel over the past 5 years throughout 2 of our companies and I can say that they have the best shipping rates. It easily plugs into your store and transfers the data over for easy use. Definitely recommend this app and service!
Thank you for such a wonderful review! We love hearing feedback like this from longstanding customers, and we look forward to many more years of helping your business grow.
Amazing savings on shipping for our small business.
We can quickly compare rates and service options between multiple carriers.
It has saved us significantly on our international shipments.
We had an issue adding an additional form of payment to our account but the team took care of that efficiently.
Thanks so much for your review! We're glad our rate shopping feature is helpful and that our team was able to resolve your query quickly. Let us know if there's anything else we can do to assist with Curated Walls' growth!
I've been using netParcel for some time now and love it! We don't have a lot of shipping options in Canada so it's wonderful to be able to get reduced rates for courier service without having to create accounts with each individual courier. I would definitely recommend netParcel to other small shop owners.
