I am a NetSuite admin and just started working and learning Robust NetSuite integration to sync data between two apps. Not only is the knowledge base well organized and enriched, but the support reps are also very responsive, patient, and expectant.

Tarishi and her team have been extremely helpful in getting us up and running using the Robust Integrator for our Shopify/Netsuite Integration. Her and her team are very responsive and helpful and they try to resolve our issues as quickly as possible. Overall, Robust NetSuite Integrator is a great solution for connecting Shopify and NetSuite. We sometimes need support related to some of our customizations, but Webbee is very responsive & helpful, and issues are resolved quickly. Definitely recommend.

We've been using the app for since the begining of 2023 and it works very well.
The team at Robust is very responsive and I am a big fan of the UI of their app. The ability to open sales orders in Netsuite directly from Shopify is a very good feature. There is a wide variety of customizations that you can do and the app is very straightforward.
