I have rated 5 stars because after doing descent orders we got better pricing quick support and
weight issues are getting resolved swiftly via account manager, the experience is better now.
one think i liked the most is their customer support on call is available 24*7, and quick ticket closure on system too.

Be aware small D2C Brand owners, They will charge you extra on the name of weight Discrepancy, and at the time when Nimbus post will get to know that you are about to leave their services, you will see their real face. Nimbuspost is very Big Scam in India.

They will raise weight discrepancy for Amazon and hold your amount.This is the only platform in india that raise weight discrepancy for Amazon.

Also ,they will hold your money saying weight discrepancy is coming in future.
Than in future they will show fake discrepancies from Amazon and use your amount for another 10-15 days.Note:Amazon never raises weight discrepancies in india

3rd class service — they hold your COD amount and then completely stop responding. No proper communication, no updates, and zero accountability. Highly unprofessional. Not recommended at all.

Pathetic service!
They hold your COD payment without any valid reason and then disappear — no replies, no support, nothing. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Be very careful before trusting them.

SCAMMERS, this company is a total scammer, they just give you hopes no work is done. TEam is of no use they dont pcik call dont respond to anything. Just will trick you always. Gautam & sujit is the team i was working with spend laskh & lost lakhs with nimbus post. I can share details if anyone has any doubt. these are just scammers. Dont even reply properly they will call you only if you add any wrong review then they will do things in a day but they everyone will ghost you for all the things.
