I’ve used this app for over two years, mainly for the Product Bundle features, and it’s definitely helped boost cross-sells in my store, the bundle discount settings are easy to manage and really effective at encouraging customers to add more items. The new Shoppable Video feature is fantastic as well, it saves me from installing another autoplay video app. The support team was very helpful when I changed my theme and needed to switch the app to new theme.

The online help support is very effective. Especially thank you to Caroline, who was able to resolve my issue even though it wasn't related to EcomRise. She was patient, attentive, and above all, very pleasant.
