Amazing support team. Helpful, quick, and polite, especially Luna who answered all my questions very quickly and cordially. She helped me install the app and even created a specific CSS code to meet my needs. I highly recommend them.
I’ve used this app for over two years, mainly for the Product Bundle features, and it’s definitely helped boost cross-sells in my store, the bundle discount settings are easy to manage and really effective at encouraging customers to add more items. The new Shoppable Video feature is fantastic as well, it saves me from installing another autoplay video app. The support team was very helpful when I changed my theme and needed to switch the app to new theme.
Absolutely amazing help from Mie Tran. Fast replies and really helpful with the questions i had.

Hi there,
Thanks for your feedback! After checking carefully, our dev team confirmed that the issue was actually caused by another app, Releasit COD Form, not EcomRise. When that app is disabled, the problem no longer occurs.
We’ve tried reaching you several times via email to help resolve this completely. If you see this, please check your inbox, we’d love to make things right for you.
Best regards,
Anna – EcomRise Support Team
This app is fantastic! Very easy to set up and works seamlessly with Shopify. The bundle and upsell features are exactly what I needed to boost my store’s sales. The support team is also quick, friendly, and always helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking to increase conversions.

Anna from the support team has been phenomenal, always quick to respond, patient, and solves every issue like a pro. It’s rare to find that level of service. Highly recommend this app if you want hassle-free bundles and top-tier support!
