Nivoda Connect

Nivoda Connect has been a game changer for our business.

The integration with Shopify is excellent, the inventory is massive, and the platform has made it possible for us to launch our online diamond business much faster than we ever expected.

What truly sets Nivoda apart is the people behind it. Throughout our journey, the support team has always been professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping us succeed. Even during a very challenging period for our business, they took the time to listen, understand our situation, and support us. That level of care is something you rarely experience today.

A special thank you to Reggy, Cam, Emma, Ethen, Kaycie and the entire Finance and Technical teams. Your patience, professionalism, and dedication have made a real difference for our company.

If you're looking for a reliable diamond platform with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Nivoda Connect. We look forward to many years of partnership together.

Fantastic app with live inventory for diamonds, rings and gemstones. Setup was quick and straightforward and the app integrates smoothly without being hard coded into the website. The support team are excellent, responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout the process. It’s clearly built for jewellers and is far superior to other apps I’ve tried. Highly recommend Nivoda Connect to anyone in the jewellery industry.

This is an excellent tool for anyone in the industry. Add and customize your own settings, attach them to each variation of shape and metal color, and let your customers browse a massive database of stones with reliable, predictable fulfillment, favorable net terms, and the ability to exchange most stones if they don't meet your standards. I paid thousands of dollars for a competitors ring builder. Nivoda's is superior.

Excellent storefront and interface, very good support. Please be informed that the app works only with the most recent themes. Thank you, Nivoda team!

It’s an incredible experience with Nivoda, to have access to the world’s entire diamond supply right in my Shopify store, along with the ability to handle the integration myself and use the ring builder tool.

C'est une application professionnelle et intuitive. Très utile pour fluidifier le travail et pour faciliter les ventes. C'est un support qui est devenu indispensable. Equipe technique présente et réceptive.

I have been working with Nivoda for around 5 months now and I couldn't be happier with the service they offer. What really steals the show is the customer service - with a special thank you to Kaycie & Brad, they have been incredibly responsive with my questions and made the whole process of setting up very easy - so thank you Kaycie & Brad!!

Extremely good selection, images and videos for customers and integration is very easy to do!
