We have used this app for quite a while. There was a change recently that requires a pro level tier for the emails to be sent from our own hosting. It seems to work without trouble. I just got in contact because I was frustrated that there is a logical feature missing (clicking through at a certain point). They say they agree and will add the feature, should be ready next week? That's cool.

This is very user friendly and easy to set up. I also got SUPER fast customer service. I was DMing for help at 11pm on a Sunday and got a response almost right away! I've downloaded and tried a bunch of different apps that were too difficult to set up and just didn't have the customization that this one offers. If you want a notify me when out of stock button and an easy email set up once your item is back in stock, this app is it!
