Anfangs hat die App gut funktioniert und ihren Zweck erfüllt. Wir nutzen sie, um bestimmte Versandoptionen bei Artikeln auszublenden, die aufgrund ihrer Abmessungen nicht allein über das Gewicht einer Versandart zugeordnet werden können.

Die Einrichtung ist allerdings recht aufwendig, da pro Regel nur ein einzelnes Produkt ausgewählt werden kann. Bei vielen betroffenen Artikeln bedeutet das einen erheblichen Zeitaufwand.

Seit etwa einer Woche werden die hinterlegten Regeln jedoch nicht mehr berücksichtigt. Dadurch erscheinen im Checkout wieder Versandoptionen, die für bestimmte Artikel aufgrund ihrer Größe nicht geeignet sind.

Für einen Onlineshop ist das problematisch, da Kunden dadurch ungeeignete Versandarten auswählen können.

Solange die Regeln nicht wieder zuverlässig funktionieren, ist die App für unseren Einsatzzweck leider nicht mehr brauchbar.
