設定や仕様で不明点があっても、いつも迅速かつ詳しく教えてくださり助かっています。
自店舗の仕様に合わせたカスタマイズ対応にも親切に応じていただきました。

多機能なため使いこなすまでに多少の慣れは必要ですが、慣れてしまえば複数のアプリの機能をこれ1つでカバーでき、活用度の高いアプリです。

導入前の説明や導入後のサポートがしっかりしています。

他アプリでお気に入り機能を使っていたことがありましたが、プラン内で使用できることができ、前のLINEアプリから切り替えて良かったと感じます。

他アプリからのデータ移行もスムーズで、想定していたよりも短期間で切り替えが完了しました。
