I've run into a few issues I haven't been able to resolve myself since this app was first installed on our shop by our website developers. Your initial messages were received outside of our standard support hours. Our team picked them up first thing in the morning as soon as we started work, replying to your emails immediately. We even stayed after hours to ensure your issue was fully addressed, but unfortunately, we never received a reply back from you to our last messages.
