Great support from the team. We have been using them for around a year now and have made organizing delivery rates around us very efficient.
Thanks so much for your review, we really appreciate it!
We have used this app on our website, which has allowed us to be very specific with our delivery rates across different areas. The support we have received throughout the setup process and ongoing has been outstanding, particularly in helping us ensure the correct rates are applied to each area.
Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We’re thrilled to hear the app and our support team have been so helpful with your delivery rates. We appreciate your feedback and are happy to continue supporting your store.
Great app, we needed better control of shipping costs to certain UK zones such as Scottish Highlands, Isle Of Wight etc. as by default we were offering free shipping to these zones which isn't sustainable. The app did all this easily. We had a minor setup issue but Wiktoria in customer services pointed out my mistake and had us up and running very quickly. Would definitely recommend the app.
Thank you so much for the fantastic review! We are absolutely thrilled to hear the app is helping you manage your shipping costs sustainably and efficiently. It was an absolute pleasure helping you get everything configured and running perfectly.
Wishing you lots of success with your store, and we are always here if you need anything else!
