Offerly ist eine sehr einfach und effektiv zu handhabende App, um Preisvorschläge in Shopify zuzulassen und zu managen, sehr übersichtlich und smart. Vieles kann man wenn man möchte individualisieren, um Sonderwünsche wie z.B. die Individualisierung der Pop-ups etc. kümmert sich der wirklich perfekte, freundliche und schnelle Support, der sehr zuverlässig und hoch professionell arbeitet. Ich kann diese App nur zu 100% empfehlen!!
Really good app. Have sold way more since adding the button. Works great for antiques or other items where bartering makes sense.
Company accused of improper use by contacting customers directly. They have now hidden the contact information of MY customers that I have brought to my store. Apps do not get to dictate rules on your site. Unistalled. Steer clear.
We attempted to reach Vox numerous times but never received a response. We notified them that they were using our platform improperly and against our terms of use, therefore we temporarily hid their customer contact information on our platform to prevent them from continuing to abuse our application.
They did not respond to any of our attempts to reach out - we hope they do return our emails so we can discuss this matter with them.
Sehr praktisches Tool, um einmal etwas andere Angebote zu erstellen, bzw. sich selbst Angebote vom Kunden geben zu lassen.
Der Bestellvorgang wird dann regulär - Angebotspreis - abgeschlossen. Nachfolgende Workflows wie z. B. Rechnungserstellung laufen ganz normal mit.
This app is really a great asset for us. It offers customers the opportunity to make price suggestions and therefore increases shop performance. All in all, it's very straightforward and effective. The support is excellent and responds very quickly. I can easily say that I have never experienced such effective support anywhere else!

We had a very specific business case and they have helped us achieve our goals. The communication and response time has been exceptional.

Ich kann die App nur empfehlen. Einfache Installation und Handhabung. Hatte zwei Punkte, wo ich geändert haben musste und habe mich an den Offerly Support gewendet. Prompt kam eine Rückmeldung und mein Anliegen wurde SOFORT bearbeitet! Unglaublich toller Service. Nur zu empfehlen!
We were using another previously, but unfortunately, they did not support it anymore. We really appreciate the communication with Offerly, especially about potential new features. They are very responsive and implemented a feature within a week to match the competition. The support seems to work perfectly with development. Regarding the app, it is super simple to integrate, with no need for extra customization to be ready to use. We love it!

I had Offerly installed for about three weeks with no issues on its own. However, two of my pre-order apps started malfunctioning inexplicably. Since Offerly seemed to be working fine, I was surprised to learn from developer from another company that it might be the culprit.
Sure enough, disabling Offerly immediately resolved the issue with the pre-order apps and information and prices being displayed to customers - which is a HUGE deal. As a workaround, I created a collection with tags and a contact link directly on my site, eliminating the need for Offerly's integration.
Given that Offerly served a seemingly minor function on my site, yet caused such a significant impact (entire pages not working), I decided against contacting them.
We have attempted numerous times to reach out to the merchant, but have never been able to reach them. Had we been contacted we are sure we would have been able to resolve any issue that was occurring.
No other merchant has ever reported this issue with our application, it is possible that the combination of all their applications did not work together, but again we cannot be sure and are happy to help if anything like this should ever occur!
