This app doesn't work properly. A customer chooses a date for pick up and the app projects a date into the future for an estimated delivery time. It doesn't make sense.
Hi Verbena Flowers,
Thank you for your feedback, and we're truly sorry for the experience. We completely understand how confusing it must be when a customer selects a pickup date but sees a different estimated delivery date, that's not how it should work.
We've been serving stores like yours for almost 5 years and this matters deeply to us. This is a configuration issue that we can resolve quickly and personally for your store.
We have sent you the email, please check. we'll make sure everything works perfectly for your customers.
We hope to hear from you and make this right! 🌸

(Updated Review 2025) We've been using the app for 5 years now. Professional support and friendly team. Thank you for you flexibility.
(Review from 2021) Super fast support! Within a couple of days, everything I need led was solved. Simple to use. Thanks guys.
Thank you so much for the review! We are always here to help you with your queries.😊
UPDATE: The developers continue to show 5 star support...absolutely recommended!
Update: We've been using this app for FOUR years now, and it's STILL the best! The developers respond to requests in a VERY timely manner. We have many apps that we pay for...this has to be one of the top 5! It's a very simple task, but it does it perfectly!
Update: We've been using this app for 3 years now, and it's still the best. We've reached out to the developer a few times over the years, and they ALWAYS respond in a timely manner. Highly recommended.
Shopify is really all about the apps. The platform is great, but the apps are the ones that make everything better...and are tailorable to suit your specific needs.
On Time Delivery is one of those apps. It does exactly as it promises, no glitches, and super quick to set up.
And the customer service is excellent. We needed a colour change and couldn't figure it out. We used their chat function to request specific code, and they did it in less than 5 minutes.
Thank you for your valuable feedback!
