NO PHONE SUPPORT. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

Excellent features that are clear and beneficial for our site. Rissa was kind and willing to help through all of the questions I had.

I had a problem with the way the pricing was calculating and we worked together to find a great plan that worked for our team and store.

Als völliger Neuling wurde mir von Naomi Mega freundlich und verständlich mir die Problemlösung erklärt. Sogar mit Videoclips und screenshots hat Sie mir weitergeholfen. SUPER SERVICE

Amazing Response!
I was unable to solve few things and ONE solved it within minutes!

So far this app has been good for me. Customer support is very important to me because I am not very technical so I rely on this support to keep my business running. I have had a couple calls with customer support and they are very responsive with text, but video/screen share support you have to schedule for the next day usually. My most recent video support call was with Rosy Roberts today and it was extremely helpful. She helped me resolve my main issue and made sure she answered any other questions I had about their service and addressed those as well on the same call.

It is very easy to use and effective, also the support team is always there to help if any issue arises

Fantastic and accomodating customer service, by far the best email and sms app on shopify thus far. Extremelly recommended.

Their brilliant customer service meant that I was able to help my customer quickly and make a sale.

very good service and so cool of that app...........................................................
