AI: Upsell—Email—SMS Marketing

I never usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience on here I had to share! Firstly, I am not great with technology of any kind. I created a make-shift Email Marketing Pop Up for my website and an agent called Samantha messaged me on the website's instant chat, and she helped me everything. She was able to send me screenshots, she actually went in and fixed little details that needed to be fixed for me and made sure everything was perfect and to how I wanted it! She was so friendly and helpful, I would 1000% use this app again because of her! Thank you so much again Samantha!

A little confusing to navigate but they have amazing, friendly and responsive customer support. I was shocked lol...live chat is amazing (and i HATE live chats) and although the chat took longer than a call would, it was so helpful and i also get to keep all screen recordings to refer back to instead of calling back if it were a call. She wasn’t in a rush, there was no time limit. I usually would get frustrated and just delete the app and look for something easier but the customer support i CANNOT say enough about. I'm keeping the app ....That type of customer support is worth having at any time.

I installed this app today. Patricia was such a HUGE help! I was having some issues with starting out. She took her time and walked me through everything that I needed. She has been helping me for the last 2 1/2 hours!! She didn't seem bothered with explaining how the pop up works and which one would work well for me. She was very knowledgeable and has great customer service! I finished setting up my pop up only to figure out it was the wrong one. No worries though Patricia came in and fixed it. She is amazing! If I ever need help again (which I know I will lol) Hopefully I get Patricia and she will help me. Thanks Patricia :)

This is a must have app to have, I was given alot of tips and suggestions on many things i didn't know about. Thanks Rosy for helping my business grow to become successful. Great customer service as well.

Amazing customer service - instant response and walked me through step by step. Absolutely awesome!! I am not a technical person but Patricia explained everything to me perfectly - patiently and in record time - I highly recommend them!

Absolutely the BEST customer service and app I've ever had! This is a GREAT experience for me because I've went through so many apps like this and had to uninstall them because they didn't work. Finally, an app that really does the job AND provides the utmost fantastic customer service!!!!!!

I just started using this app yesterday and already had three amazing people help me! They had solutions for all of my questions! Best customer service ever!
