AI: Upsell—Email—SMS Marketing

Great app and very quick to get up and running. The customer service has been amazing, I have needed to ask some questions on two occasions and both times the customer support has been first class. Very happy I choose this app. Great app and a great team backing it up. Ryan

This app is great so far and the support staff is exceptional. Enea and Trish answered my questions and even suggested some features I didn't turn on. The turn-around for email replies was fast. I highly recommend this app and working with their support staff is wonderful.

Natalie is Wonderful—so patient and kind. Help me step by step with editing activities. I'm glad to choose them as our POP-Up app. I will keep working with them. Definitely recommend it, especially if you're new to Shopify, No need to worry, They will help you all the way!

In love with this app! Sales questions were answered very quickly. Pricing is very reasonable. Installation/setup is user-friendly. Chat support has fast response, answered all questions, and even made wonderful suggestions for improvement. This will be replacing a few apps!

Great app! Set up my first pop up and chat popped up with help from One team to optimise it, thank you Rosy! Fab help. Rosy went above and beyond to help me understand something else on Shopify too! :) Impressed with the editing capabilities and easy interface. Thanks team!

Amaaaaaazing!

I used this app to help drive more sales for Black Friday. I started a conversation on the Live Chat where I had the most helpful assistant who assisted me step by step in creating the pop up I wanted. They coded it all for me which was a big help! Thank you again ONE team :)

Great app, works flawlessly and very flexible. I needed support for a test I was doing and Winston was there to help. Great team and the app as I said is fantastic! Very flexible, feature rich and if you're starting up, free until you generate traffic and sales. Just awesome!

Pretty cool App, just installed it, tons of features, easy to use. I love the fact that it's almost like a one stop shop. No need to download multiple apps. Customer service was beyond amazing on chat. Lou helped, went above and beyond was expected. Thank you soooo much Lou !!!!
