AI: Upsell—Email—SMS Marketing

This is a great app, the email automations and pop ups are very good, a lot better than the one I was previously using which was more expensive. I am so glad I found this because it really is going to save me so much time and money too. Support is really helpful too. Very pleased!

You had me at free and then you impressed me with the rest. Thank you for not being like the other greedy app developers who charge an arm and a leg for easy to code features like the spin the wheel app. Happy to consider doing paid business with you thanks to this approach. Well done.

This app has so many fantastic features and is great for doing multiple campaigns to try and drive traffic, subscribers, revenue, etc.!
Kate and Steph for the support team have helped me every step of the way so far and are always quick to respond when I need assistance - within seconds!

Thank you Rosy for your patience and care. With her help, I quickly completed the setup. At the same time, my platform is completely new. I admire this kind of work ability and efficiency. I will continue to learn. Thanks Rosy, I hope this APP will be More people know that she is worth it.

Naomi was a great help, very friendly, encouraging, not pushy, but polite and knowledgeable! Helped me as I needed and did not rush me at all. Easy setup so far, but if you need help they are right there to assist! I only started with basic welcome email pop up and cart abandonment email.

Rosy from ONE is very helpful. She help me from A-Z. She really address the solution to the problem. Though, we are still fixing some issues currently but I know she will still help me. I believe the training and rules from this company is quality because they have a great customer service.

This app has the best support of any app we have used on Shopify. They not only help to fix issues, but they will take the time to help you create custom pop-ups that may require some technical expertise. I highly recommend the One app, and we plan to use their many other features in 2023.

I have used many different APPS and I have NEVER had such excellent customer service as I have received with ONE! Fola, you have been amazing! The APP is also the most intuitive and easy to use APP...especially with Fola's help in learning how to navigate it. I wish all APPs were this great!

I only started using this app recently, so I haven’t seen the long term benefits from it yet, but the support team is phenomenal. Pauline stayed 2 hours walking me through every step and process to maximize my usage for this app. I am looking forward to keep using it and to see my sales grow.

Amazing app! There are many tools and customization options to help take your Shopify store to the next level. Customer support was great with assisting me with and even offered commendations to use the tool more efficiently. No wonder this app has 5 stars! Tool and support are well worth it.
