AI: Upsell—Email—SMS Marketing

This is the 3rd time I downloaded this app, because I was determined not to late it beat me. The few times I have played with this app it seemed very complicated and seemed that I wasn't getting the attention at hand and help to try and solve the issues and problems that I was having. Until today when I got to work with Lou.
Lou was VERY,VERY attentive, and extremely helpful and patient just as well as kind. Lou helped me to make my experience with this app seem as a breeze, and easy as ever. I learned a lot from Lou and how to navigate this app and configure certain aspects of this app. Lou I thank you a lot and look forward to working with you again if the occasion every arise. I would give this app 6 stars if I could. I have had the best customer service a store owner could ask for. A particular thank you to Enea (and team) for going out of his way to help customise the app to make it work for my store, especially with helping to blacklist products that I do not want to show. It is very efficient, and very effective working app. I use the Sales Pop and had restrictions to how I wanted it to work and look, and the Proof Factor team was able to make it work exactly as I needed it to. Its fast, reliable, and looks professional on my site. I am happy with the metrics. The customer service was impeccable and I felt very valued as a customer! I would recommend this app to any store owner who wants to display sales notifications on their store, especially if you want to hide certain sales. A big thank you!

I just used the app for a few days to experience it and have some reviews about the app. The app is good and has excellent documentation and is extremely user-friendly.
This app carries out what it promises to do. It is simple to understand and simple to utilize. When we first installed it, I had a few questions and there were some issues that were placing text from displaying correctly. I contacted the support team represented by Rosy and then she patiently answered and guided me through the app. She also writes the CSS code for me to customize the wheel title. They were able to remedy the issue quickly and effectively, and they could do it within 24 hours of reporting it.
The app is now running perfectly on our site, and we are very happy with it. We appreciate all their support and would highly recommend the app to anyone looking to display labels and badges on your products.

I just modified and added another pop up on my website with a a/b segment after being on Shopify for almost two years. I am not that tech savvy but this app is very easy to use. Whenever I had an issue I had the help of Noelia who was absolutely AMAZING! I read reviews from others and it seemed too good to be true. Like the reviews has to be fake, but I'm speaking from experience. I was able to setup my email popup and follow up emails to retain my future customers. Noelia was so helpful setting up mu abandon cart emails. The best part is customer service is there 24/7 to help you with ANY and ALL questions. I even missed a step in the design process and Noelia caught it for me and updated it so I wouldn't have to go backwards in the step by step process. I love this app so far and I have a good feeling I will be retaining more of my customers in the new year thanks to this app. Download it now!

Trisha was AMAZING! I was feeling lost about my conversion and decided to download this app late at night. Didn't realize that Trisha wasn't a bot, and she was so proactive and helpful in getting me set up with automation! For a while there it felt like she was a personal assistant. She gave me feedback, ideas, and conversion education and I felt so motivated about my site. She even told me she'd teach me more the next day with more automation. IT: Ottima applicazione, intuitiva ma allo stesso tempo completa: l'ho provata per iniziare a gestire le newsletter del nostro sito e l'ho trovata facile da usare sin da subito. Punto di forza l'assistenza: mi hanno contattato loro per sapere se avessi bisogno di qualcosa, mi serviva qualche chiarimento su alcuni particolari tecnici e sono stati super disponibili, veloci e precisi nel dirmi come procedere (con tanto di video ad hoc per ogni passaggio).
Ovviamente l'assistenza è in Inglese, ma la chat ha anche la funzione di traduzione automatica quindi per chi non mastica la lingua è comunque facile capirsi. ENG: Great app, intuitive but complete at the same time: i'd tried it to start managing the newsletter and I found it immediately easy to use. Strong point is the assistance: they contacted me asking if I need some kind of help to start, I needed technical assistance for some minor issues and the where super helpful, fast and precise (with also ad hoc video instructions).

Just a mere hour into using their platform, even my silliest of questions were answered when being helped by a live chat agent named Naomi. Not only is their platform amazingly simple to understand and use but when you confuse yourself like I, Naomi was there each time to quickly answer everything from confirming loading errors are only on my end, to helping me recover customer acquisition campaigns I started. They did not even mind when I reached out where I could find the spin the wheel campaign in my menus only for to write back that it was in the pop up menus. Not to mention upsell generously gives you a toll-free number for SMS marketing that is cost free for us users. There is a good reason why this app is rated 5 stars by almost 2,000 business owners. If you have been stressed, worried, and looking for something to make your website look better before and after the customer leaves. I am just scratching the surface but I just had to get the word out about how great, all in all this app is UI wise and customer service wise thanks to support agents like Naomi. This is the app you need to download.
