AI: Upsell—Email—SMS Marketing

I'm a Chinese retailer and I use this app to get my customers to subscribe to my website and request marketing emails for them. They helped me throughout the process. Mrs Trish attended me and was very attentive and competent and I am very grateful to her. It would be perfect if I could switch to Chinese language, I will use this again...

So far we are using the app for sgn up pop up and to show social purchases. Works really well. I'm going to add upsell feature very shortly. Support especially by Rosy was excellent!!! I would just suggest for the upsell feature to be able to offer multiple products. Currently you can just choose one. But aside from that it's a great app.

So far i have tried Spin wheel popup and popup without reward., app is really so good., customer support is really excellent.,it will be good if they add more features.., for upsell and crossell they have limitations access only credit card buyers., so it wil be good if the upsell market is visible to every customer who place ordrs in website.

I wish I could give this app more stars. For me customer service is always the key. Kate showed me how to set-up everything and walked me through how to make changes and even suggested what would work best to get more customers. I left another APP because their prices weren't reasonable and their customer service was lacking. After reading several reviews I chose to try One+. The app is relatively easy to use. The plans are very reasonable for new e-commerce stores and the customer service is AMAZING! Very helpful and very patient. I look forward to working with them.

This is a very slick app. I tried others, but they only offered discount codes and I needed a FREE shipping option. I needed something to better a 75% cart abandonment rate. Samantha helped me a lot to set up my FREE Shipping pop-up window and was very responsive. I will be tracking my conversations rate starting today...This is a game changer!

I love how easy it was to get things set up. Plus the customer service I received from Natalie was incredible. She helped me set apps up and even helped me customize some of the apps. She could have easily pointed me to a tutorial or guide but instead helped me set things up step by step. I'm excited to see what all I can do with the ONE Apps.

I have used this app for sometime. It is easy to set up and has helped me to add some excitement, to the website with the spin wheel. I used the app to introduce a subscription with reward campaign. The result was amazing, especially in the first 2-3 days. Somehow, the conversion slowed down after day 3. I reached out to their online support and got immediate feedback and suggestions. I will keep monitor the results. So far, I had great experience with this app and their support!
