The app has some very useful features, and the additional plans are very fair priced for the extra functions and value they offer. The service is an experience on its own - they already have the answer ready before I even leave the question - and they will help you with about everything you ask! Conclusion; Incredible app and incredible service, a MUST-HAVE for every shop!!

I love this app! I think it's very user-friendly. I was using the free option for about 6 months and just recently switched over to the paid version and love all the new features I can explore. The customer service is also incredible. I had an issue with the sales pop feature and contacted support through live chat and Angelina solved my issue right away! Thank you so much :D

So far this app is marvelous! It's been easy to send email blasts to my customers and track analytics of them opening them. And there is a free edition which has been more than efficient for my start up company. I haven't tried the SMS feature yet, but it seems fairly straight forward. Oh and wonderful tech support which is needed for the non tech folk like me. Highly recommend!

I recently discovered this app and had some trouble figuring out some simple fixes, I immediately connected with Naomi who was absolutely amazing! She helped me achieve the design I wanted and was completely welcoming to my questions and was very resourceful! very well put together app and operates well also once you learn the in and outs. I needed some help today with inserting an html image and Maya helped me. I did not even have to go into too much detail as she knew what I was talking about straight away. Maya helped with the image and also did a tutorial video for me so I know what to for next time. This is the best support by far

AMAZING CUSTOME SERVICE! I was trying to set up a spin the wheel and it was my first time so I was struggling until I talked to Kate from the One plus team. It was 2:58am in my time (not sure where she is located) but I can see that customer service is 24hours and this really helps business owners! I couldn't believe this app was free from all the awesome features they offer for Shopify stores. The "icing on the cake" was receiving help from the support agent (Rosy). Not only was she polite and helpful but suggested another feature I didn't even know about that would help my website. I'm so excited to try it out! I recommend this app 10/10! The customer support for this app is above any other I have experienced. Not only do they help you in real-time and no KB articles just copy/pasted in chat, but they actually care about your site. When I wanted to do something outside the norm, support made sure I understand why it is not a typical practice. I would recommend this app to anyone! Best experience I have had in adding a Shopify App.
