AI: Upsell—Email—SMS Marketing

I've been using the Shopify app Upsell for a while now and I'm not only impressed with its features and performance but also with their customer service. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, their support team was quick to respond and provided helpful solutions. The user-friendly interface and seamless integration with my Shopify store make it a no-brainer for any e-commerce store owner. I'm very satisfied with Upsell and would highly recommend it for its app functionality and excellent customer support.

I used this APP to add fortune Wheel and Visitor count in the same Campain, no need to install 2 or more apps, it was perfect. I am more than happy to have ONE app with me and my store. I need help, reached out to customer service, expecting they will reply to me in half of the day or at least a couple of hours, getting ready for the shower and they replied in only a couple minutes and fixed my issue right away! I loved that the app has all the functions I need ( specially upsell and email marketing ) and was even happier with the customer service, he didn't only fix the issue but he was also very friendly and explained what he is doing and what he fixed.

I use this app to run my email campaigns. As a new business, I needed something that would scale with me, while providing a great value. Proof Factor does this in spades. Not only is the app loaded with functionality, but the online support team is amazing. I have worked with both Alice and Pauline and each time I walk away amazed. Not only do they fix the issue I am having, but they also did a review of the rest of my settings for optimal usage. I recommend this to anyone just getting started on Shopify to manage their email campaigns!

The function of this app is very powerful, there are different types of pop-up windows to choose from, and there are a lot of beautiful pop-up window themes, and the operation is also very simple. It is commendable that the service attitude of the customer service staff is very good. If you have any questions, you can consult at any time, and the reply is very timely. The only regret is that the rotation of the lucky wheel pop-up window takes too long, and customers may not have the patience to wait any longer. Hope to improve in the future.

I was looking for a pop up solution and Rosy from ONE went above and beyond to help customize exactly what I wanted! She took the time to make it right and I have confidence what we created will help my store convert more visitors into sales. The app is easy to use, very user-friendly. Anyone can use this app to painlessly and quickly create any of the marketing tools. I'm using for a pop up and a trigger teaser and I really like how they look and function. Excellent support and upgrades!

Our Store has been using this app since October last year! Everything works as expected and support (Ann) is very responsive. When I don't know how to set up something, she will give clear instructions and even help me set it up. They replied to every suggestion I gave and follow up in a reasonable time period. In a few months, they've added at least 3 new useful features that I know of. Most importantly, this app is good for conversion. It has generated thousands of orders for my store already. I highly recommend this app.

Trish was Absolutely Specatular!!! She answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly then she went the extra mile and looked into my setup just to make sure everything was working properly and setup to produce the best possible outcome! Unfortunately I did make a few mistakes along the way (that I wasn't aware of) and she provided suggestions to improve Everything!! Then after I agreed to the changes she went ahead and did All of the work for me!! I have NEVER received such Specatular service like this from any company, EVER!!! If you're reading .... We replaced a version of a spin the wheel pop up with the Proof Factor Fortune Wheel. I love the customisation varieties and can really make an impact when it pops up for our customers. I contacted the help team as we had visibility issues with the wheel showing up on small mobile devices and Pauline helped me out with editing the code for us so that the wheel appears higher up on the screen so it is visible. She also suggested a different pop up, other than the wheel, that would be even more suited to viewing on mobile which we hope to try too. Great support and a great visual pop up!
