The app is user-friendly for someone's first time drafting a marketing email like me! The customer support is also very hands-on and responsive. I don't know how small the support staff is but I worked with Emily. THANK YOU EMILY!
Easy to set up and use. We mostly use for pop ups and emails but are looking to do SMS soon. Really affordable app for all the features it offers. Proof has amazing customer service and can help with anything you need in real time.
This is a very complete software, there are many templates to choose from. When I had a problem and contacted the support team, they were quick to help me and helped me with some things I missed. Thanks so much Rosy for helping me.

Ich benutze diese App kostenlos für Popups als auch für Email Marketing. Einer der besten Apps bei Shopify App Store!!! Kann sie nur weiterempfehlen-top service und das kostenlos. Ich weiß nicht was ich ohne diese App machen würde.

I used this app to help me set up a pop up for email captures. The pop up worked immediately and I am pleased with the results. I received assistance from Fola in customer service; she was great. I would recommend this app to friends.
Terrible app, absolutely useless. Their e-mail hosting provider is not working and support is speaking with you as if it's your fault. Use other e-mail newsletter providers, this is an absolute waste of time and support is clueless.
The customer support for this app is excellent. They helped me alot with setting up and answered all my questions. Specifically, Fola in customer support was very patient and excellent in helping me get set up as a new online business.
