I couldnt have found a better application..... Their work is so gooood. Loved their support always ready to support..... Naomi and Kate helped me a lot... they were there with every step of me. Just Loved the app and support. and whats evem great is that its completely free!!

I used this app to help drive more sales for Black Friday. I started a conversation on the Live Chat where I had the most helpful assistant who assisted me step by step in creating the pop up I wanted. They coded it all for me which was a big help! Thank you again ONE team :)

Naomi was a great help, very friendly, encouraging, not pushy, but polite and knowledgeable! Helped me as I needed and did not rush me at all. Easy setup so far, but if you need help they are right there to assist! I only started with basic welcome email pop up and cart abandonment email.

Rosy from ONE is very helpful. She help me from A-Z. She really address the solution to the problem. Though, we are still fixing some issues currently but I know she will still help me. I believe the training and rules from this company is quality because they have a great customer service.
