First, let me say that Emily, the chat representative, was awesome! So helpful and quick with detailed responses. Would love to work with her again. I do think that there could be better options for the popup themes or a library of other images to use on the popup background. You can upload your own art, but I didn't see a library of options, which would be sweet! Overall a solid experience. Now we just wait and see if the popup works well and converts.

Wow. This social proof app is incredible. The free plan allows you to use all the features as if paid AND you can connect it with 3rd party sites like Leadpages. I had it set up in seconds and the support team instantly answered my questions (about integrating with Leadpages). 5 Stars is not enough, it deserves 10. (Side note: I've used other expensive social proof apps in order to have my sales from Shopify show up on my Leadpage sales pages and this one is wayyyy better)

I used this app to generate and implement a pop-up for an email list. What an amazing experience working with Maya from support! Maya was extremely patient & courteous: so much that she stayed way past her shift to help me and make sure I had everything I needed, complete. What an amazing experience! Wow--I'm SO impressed. The customer service is fabulous. This is my first online shop venture and there are so many moving parts. Rissa stayed available to me throughout my entire session and not only helped me with configuration but also took the time to give me some insight on best practices, etc so I will get the most out of the technology. 20 October 2023: I've just spoken with Rosie one year later from my earlier review and she went above and beyond to help me. Not only that but she is really nice!

Jessica, Trish and Patricia go above and beyond with not only instructions in set-up, but get in there and fix for me within minutes, as well as offer tips. They seem to be available 24/7 regardless of time zone. My website isn't live yet but so far seriously happy with the App. Not only that, it's free! Highly recommend.

I am so happy to have found this app. It really does do everything and it is easy to get started. I had a little trouble in broadcasting my first email campaign, but Naomi was quick to assist and sorted it out for me. They even gave me a few recommendations to make it look better on my store. I am really impressed with the number of templates to use - and it is so easy to create some really great marketing. Excited to see how well they are being engaged with by customers.

Their email responses are prompt and comprehensive, but via live chat they are even better - very helpful, patient and friendly (and available 24/7). This app is fantastic!! I am so excited about it. Thank you Shopify for guiding me here and thank you to the wonderful support staff at ONE for helping me set myself up. I was looking to add popups to my website and the ONE app adds some that are really neat! And they are fully customizable too. I added my logo and colors and I love the look I achieved. Another thing: the ONE staff gives you QUICK support on DEMAND. They answer their chat immediately. Go for this app! You won't regret it!

ONE app is awesome! There is a free plan available which makes it perfect for small business to add a pop up to their store. The best thing about ONE is their customer service, I was having technical issues with my pop up and late at night Sydney time I was able to have a live chat with no wait times. The customer service is very prompt and friendly. They went out of their way to get the engineering team to work out what the issue was and they found an issue on my website causing the glitch.
