AI: Upsell—Email—SMS Marketing

ok so this app is soooo bomb! I love it. it is very easy to use but if you so happen to need help support is super helpful and fast. I've had the pleasure of getting help from Natalie and she's a dream. She has a solution for everything. I used SMS Bump in the past and it was confusing to me it also was annoying to connect with another app to have the email opt in with text opt in. This app lets let have email and text opt in together and it's a breeze. I recommend you download this and save yourself time.

The BEST customer service + app very easy to use. One thing I am sure many shopify users can agree on is wanting responsive customer service + ease of use. Every interaction I have had with anyone from the company has been great. They will talk to you on the phone (can you believe its not just email or chat box) and walk you through step by step. I use them for collecting emails via pop up, cart upsells, SMS marketing etc, They are great. This app has helped my conversions and increased avg cart order also!

I've been using the Shopify app Upsell for a while now and I'm not only impressed with its features and performance but also with their customer service. I used this APP to add fortune Wheel and Visitor count in the same Campain, no need to install 2 or more apps, it was perfect. I am more than happy to have ONE app with me and my store. I need help, reached out to customer service, expecting they will reply to me in half of the day or at least a couple of hours, getting ready for the shower and they replied in only a couple minutes and fixed my issue right away! I loved that the app has all the functions I need ( specially upsell and email marketing ) and was even happier with the customer service, he didn't only fix the issue but he was also very friendly and explained what he is doing and what he fixed.
