AI: Upsell—Email—SMS Marketing

After a few trial and errors with other apps, I am so grateful to have found this app. 5 stars hands down. It is very easy to navigate. I also cannot say enough about their customer service. They're easily accessible whenever you need help. They're very quick to respond. Kate & Pauline was phenomenal. Not only did Pauline answer all of my questions, she went above and beyond and looked at my settings and gave me other valuable tips and pointers that I am so grateful for.

This app is literally the best app I've ever used on Shopify! It has so many features in one place and is so high quality. The free plan is so wonderful and as much quality as they place into the free version the paid must be out of this world. Customer support is one of the best I've ever encountered. Rosy was beyond helpful, guiding me through every step of the process which helped a start up owner like myself learn the ropes. I cannot express how appreciative I am of their services! They made a fan out of me!

Absolutely would recommend, setup was fast, easy and customizable, without having an overwhelming amount of options. As soon as I published, a real life human - Naomi- messages me with thoughtful feedback and suggestions I hadn't considered before. I felt cared for, human, and thankful for that quick bit of authentic connection. This is day 1 using their service, but I'm definitely impressed so far, especially since I'm on a free plan. I definitely intend to upgrade once I see how my new pop up performs, which I'll be able to using the metrics clearly laid out in the app! Thanks Naomi, I really don't write reviews unless I'm wowed, but I definitely have been already.

In addition, I want to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by the ONE Upsell team. They were incredibly helpful in setting up the spinning wheel feature and promptly addressed any questions or issues I had along the way. Their support was top-notch and made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I can't speak highly enough of their dedication to their customers. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this plugin and the excellent service that comes with it.

** UPDATE** -- reducing my review to one star because the platform keeps breaking. I've currently been blocked from sending emails for over 3 days and I can't get any resolution. All the support team can say is "we're a small team and we have no idea when we'll have any information or fix for what's going on." .... They seem to be happy to keep announcing new beta features instead of making sure core features are stable and working. Their message to me was (copy/paste) "All I can say is that our team is looking into it, hopefully we'll have an answer in a day or two, but I can't promise that." They are also apparently happy to keep charging me while their platform isn't working... but if I uninstall it, then they'll give me a refund??! Very strange business practices. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt as I've spent 15+ years building software and know it's hard... but at the end of the day you need better answers for why critical features aren't working and better customer support when you fail as a business.

Decent app... support was a bit over zealous on the setup with their suggestions... but the biggest issue is the system (at least for sending emails) has been down for over 24 hours at this point... my last newsletter did not get sent out... and all I'm getting from support is "we updated our system and now our engineers are working on fixing it" ... I will say, I'm a free user (how do you even upgrade?) so I guess I'm getting what I paid for. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I just Start Using the app and i love it so easy, add some nice movement to the website and the customer service quick and helpful

Unsure about this app still but I like it so far. Support was really poor but then I got an email from them that was helpful. Email campaign worked but was difficult to build. The preview showed white background but then email was Grey (turns out this may be my issue) which messed with overall look. Popup looks great. Have yet to see how helpful analytics are.

Amazing customer service. Super fast to respond and both helpful and cunning. Will choose one before their competitors like loox any day of the week.
