The customer service is absolutely amazing! Rosy went above and beyond for me. She not only answered all of my questions in a clear, easy-to-understand way, she also gave me advice to improve my store. And she didn't just tell me what to do, she did it all for me (with my permission of course). Best customer service experience I've had. Thank you Rosy!
They kill it with customer service like no other. Lots of very specific functionality in this app so I'm glad to join a few days ago and leave my last app. Looking forward to what they have in store for the future like design element adjustments for shape of corners and fonts available for text inputs. Smashing job, highly recommend trying this app out.
Hii Armen,

Absolutely amazing! Even with the free plan you are able to set beautiful and effective campaigns, totally customizable on your needs. The very plus of this app is definitively the service provided: real assistance 24/7, support and advices through istant chat and completely helpful attitude towards specific needs. The app covers a lot of what we need for our online store. Powerful and trusted app in one place. The team provided us with guidance and explanations of the function and even performed some integration for us. Their customer service is excellent, especially Ms. Rosy :) This solution works well now and has met our expectations. Thank you for this great app!
First of all, we have tried this app on our one website. Then we decided to install it on our other websites because the app worked very well. When I had to install this app on our other websites, the support team was very helpful. Especially big big big thanks to Naomi for the excellent work, ease of communication, and all the help. Our team recommends this app!
Great app! We work in the email publishing space with our other business and I can say that the deliverability and user friendliness of the ONE app has been top notch. Creating follow up sequences is easy and they work great. We love the use of the discount pop up as users enter the store. This app has definitely helped increase our store's revenue. Thanks ONE app!
I've used this service for years on a different platform. When I switched to Shopify, this was maybe the easiest part of the switch. Set up is a breeze. There was one custom difference between the two platforms that I couldn't figure out. They had it sorted in minutes! The free tier is extremely generous and the upgrades are well worth the price. A++ would ONE+ again!!

Great app, easy to set up. Natalie popped up in the message box which was great to check over everything. She was able to take note of the colours and themes of my website and suggested things such as how to change colours of the pop-ups to match my website theme, how to set up the emails. Very friendly, super fast and very informative and helpful. Very pleased with it.
