The app is great and has loads of features! It's not super user friendly however customer support is AMAZING. They will walk you through the process if you are having difficulty. We have reached out numerous times with questions and support has been super helpful. Honestly there are things I would have missed activating for my customers if support hadn't helped. 5 stars for amazing customer support.

Really Helped me with setting up a pop-up window for my shop, found it relatively simple to setup and when I had some problems with customizing the design to fit my shop, Kate from the ONE team was super nice, responsive and helpful.
I am currently only using the reward-popup feature but will definitely explore the other (many) options in the app.
After about two weeks of use - highly recommended :)

I am using this app for campaigns to collect E-Mail addresses of customers and its been a great tool since day one. I have had some questions and customisation requests (e.g. custom font), which was implemented within minutes. Their support is amazing! I am still using the unpaid version because I dont have a lot of traffic but if my traffic grew I would be very willing to pay for this app as well :)

I'm so pleased to have found this app! This app has countless marketing tools and actually consider customer needs. They're always willing to help and might I add that this they're response is close to immediate. I would recommend this app to any business, big/small, for all marketing tools such as newsletters, email automation, popups and so many others. What's best is that it is EXTREMELY affordable

Have been using this app for about a week and I'm absolutely impressed. The app functionalities are really practical and meet most of my needs, and the customer service - just wow. It's not every day that you get to download a great app AND get great customer service. Regardless of who chats with me, the service is impeccable and they really go all out to fix my issues almost instantly. Kudos and keep it up, team!

I just signed up on this app and was immediately greeted by Lou if I had any questions. I was only going to browse, but since Lou extended his help I took advantage. I'm so glad I did. He was very patient and guided and helped me to start up my welcome emails. He also provided me a tutorial video showing me how to make changes that I requested. The customer service was amazing! I am actually very surprised at how incredible this app is. The support team is polite and well-skilled to understand all your queries and furthermore the help and the recommendations they share are very valuable. the services of this app are surprisingly ALL FREE, Most of the apps out there charge over 100s of dollars for them but ONE app doesn't. If the app decides to make its services paid, I wouldn't hesitate to pay.

We currently utilize the App on both our South African online store as well as our UK based online store. This should be part of an essential app list for shopify users. La aplicacion funciona muy rapido y tiene todo lo que una herramienta de este nivel necesita, te lleva paso a paso para hacer las integraciones, aunque si lleva algo de labor y muchos requisitos. mi primer banner quedo genial y la velocidad de mi tienda se mantuvo sin cambios. El servicio recibido en soporte fue muy esmerado, aunque platicamos idiomas distintos me agendaron una reunion en mi idioma y ha ido todo muy bien.
