Natalie was very helpful with walking me through features. I was so ready to give up but she offered to make some changes for me. I really appreciated her willingness to help me:)

The customer support is one of the best I have experienced so far with other apps on Shopify that we use. The app is also super easy to use and has a positive impact on our shop.

Amazing customer service!! I was struggling a little bit to get the abandon cart emails set up but they helped me via online chat and got it sorted. Thanks so much for your help :)

Customer service is so great! I really appreciated their help, and all the features seem to be complex, but in a way that will help the business owner best reach out to the client.
